Instant & Accurate Quotes

We will thoroughly review each drawing and provide accurate quotes.

We don't use online automated quotation tools, because it is very inaccurate. Online quote platforms rely solely on calculations based on cutting amounts and fixed coefficients, they fail to account for actual processing nuances, such as material deformation after heat treatment, tight tolerance requirements, grinding after heat treatment, etc. Consequently, automated price calculations can lead to inaccuracies, ultimately increasing your costs.

But you can rest assured at DEK!

Our quotations are both cost-effective and accurate because we have a team of professional mechanical engineers who meticulously review each drawing. These engineers boast over 10 years of experience and possess deep expertise in programming, machine operation, post-processing, material properties, and more. Ensure you will get accurate quotes within 6 hours.

PRODUCTION CAPACITY

Production Capacity Guarantee

With perfect production and quality process, you can place your order with confidence.

Advanced CNC Machine Shop

DEK has a range of advanced equipment suitable for machining Swiss machine parts, including Swiss CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, multi-axis machining centers, etc.

These machines are controlled by the most advanced computer numerical control systems and are often used for high-precision machining of small diameter and long shaft parts, ensuring that each part meets tight tolerances and surface finish. With these advanced equipment, we are able to efficiently produce high-quality parts that meet customer needs.

Quality Control

We follow a strict quality inspection process including IQPC, QE, OQC and use instruments such as CMM, height gauge, projector, calipers, micrometers, vernier calipers and other instruments for high precision dimensional inspection. In addition, our quality staff conducts a thorough appearance inspection using surface roughness meters and microscopes to ensure that there are no scratches or burrs.

Each component is rigorously inspected at any stage of production to ensure that the final product fully complies with the technical specifications and quality requirements of the project.

Professional Packaging

Since swiss turned parts are relatively small in size, we wrap the parts with bubble wrap or soft plastic film and then wrap them with tape to avoid surface scratches or damage.

On the outer packaging, we will put a label with information such as order number, drawing number, quantity, etc., so that you can quickly identify the parts.

Finally, we will pack the packaged parts into hardened 5-layer corrugated cardboard boxes, fix them with foam cotton and fill them with bubble film to avoid damage during transportation. Then pack them into wooden boxes or place them on wooden pallets, and attach a packing list so that you can better inspect and check the goods.

Global Shipping

After packaging, we will ship the parts to you by international express, air or sea freight according to the specific project requirements. Even if you have no import experience, it doesn’t matter.

We have rich global transportation experience and long-term cooperation with many international transportation companies (such as: DHL/ FedEx / UPS), ensuring that you can receive the products quickly with lower transportation costs.
